I haven't written anything of substance lately because I'm immersed in 2 or 3 projects.  Until then I'll be tweeting.  Have an excellent and prosperous day!

My Pet Goat

Four am and wishing Happy New Year doesn't quite ring hollow for 2014 but it somehow seems inadequate. As most of us have had more than our share of experiences these past few years, wishing for happiness is grand but perhaps something more substantial is in order, like a plan.

No, I'm not talking about a tacky New Years resolution. I'm talking about something solid and strategic.

Today I heard an astrologer talk about how on one hand, in the early part of the year, we will have three back to back retrogrades, yet currently we have multiple signs in Capricorn. The takeaway from that is to use the power of the goat.

The goat can scale the most daunting of obstacles. The goat is methodical. The goat tends to get what they want through sheer plodding, levels unceasing attacks at an object with it's horns and seems to find a way to turn the strangest things into dinner.

The goat survives when the environment is inhospitable. The idea of the goat is not glamorous, yet harnessing it's power of practicality could lead to achieving one's dreams.
